First disassembly steps and first bright spot

First disassembly steps. It’s a dirty job but needed to get to a clean starting point for rebuild.

For an EVcreate customer project I had to go to Jansen Restoration. So the evening before I went I also disassembled the right front fender. The fenders, bonnet support and front were New Old Stock and looked OK. They will media blast it so see if they are indeed still usable.

Picked up the Volvo Amazon wagon nose panels at Jansen Restorations. They have media blasted them, flame galvanized and after that zinc epoxy and regular epoxy. Their is some work to be done, but that is more due to the impact of the media blasting and fixing a dent than related to the fire. I’m glad it is usable for another round and currently clean and stored at the attic. Thanks guys!
