Volvo Klassiekers forwards me to their supplier to solve it. I’m not eager to take to steering box out so I did an attempt to fix it myself. Thanks to Ron for the great advice of the aluminum foil gutter and to Peter from Nordicar and Ben from Tinustuning for thinking along. Root cause was the bottom left bolt. Assembled with a bit of Loctite and fluid gasket. Also closed the horn wire hole with a UNF bolt.
